El ex presidente Macri es consulta obligada para los intendentes del Grupo Dorrego, que no quieren perder pisada en la interna de Juntos por el Cambio.
El ex presidente Mauricio Macri se reunió con los intendentes bonaerenses que conforman el Grupo Dorrego y conversaron sobre la construcción política de Juntos por el Cambio de cara a las elecciones legislativas de este año, pero fundamentalmente con vistas hacia 2023.
“Compartieron la relevancia de generar una alternativa para ganar en las elecciones legislativas de este año y que el resultado de esa elección sea el sostén de una realidad distinta y mejor para el 2023”, explicaron los voceros del Grupo Dorrego a través de un comunicado.
El intendente de La Plata, Julio Garro, señaló tras el encuentro que la intención es cumplir “el desafío que nos dieron los bonaerenses de seguir consolidando este proyecto político para volver a recuperar la provincia y el país en el 2023, trabajando en la ampliación del espacio para fortalecer la base política-electoral”.
El intendente de Vicente López, Jorge Macri, manifestó que pudieron “intercambiar miradas sobre la evolución del COVID en el conurbano y la inseguridad que sufren los bonaerenses todos los días. También hablamos de la actualidad nacional y provincial, y de los enormes desafíos que tenemos por delante este año”.
Contar con el apoyo de Mauricio Macri es clave para el Grupo Dorrego en el marco de la feroz interna que hay dentro de Juntos por el Cambio. Aunque cada armado destaca la amplitud del bloque, y hablan de la competencia como un fortalecimiento, nadie quiere quedarse afuera de las listas. En el caso de los intendentes, reclaman su derecho al trono por haber mantenido los territorios en las elecciones de 2019.
Pero no tienen nada asegurado. En los últimos días les apareció una nueva competencia: los sin tierra, dirigentes del PRO que no pudieron ganar en sus distritos en las últimas elecciones, se agruparon y formaron La Territorial. Aunque no lo manifestaron públicamente, la semana pasada mostraron su apoyo a Cristian Ritondo, a quien proclaman como el candidato de Vidal en la madre de todas las batallas.
Aún quedan varios roles sin definir. María Eugenia Vidal no confirmó si participará en Provincia, en Capital o en Nación; Elisa Carrió aseguró que iba a ser candidata en la Provincia pero hasta el momento no dio a conocer su plataforma; y el propio Mauricio Macri está indeciso sobre el rol que debe ocupar dentro de Juntos por el Cambio, aunque descartó que este año sea candidato.
Los intendentes, por lo pronto, lo prefieren cerca. Ezequiel Galli -que hoy participó de la reunión- y Martín Yeza -quien no forma parte del Grupo Dorrego- lo visitaron hace un tiempo en su quinta. Julio Garro también lo recibió en La Plata, y ninguno se quiso perder la reunión de hoy. Además de los mencionados, también participaron Jorge Macri, Néstor Grindetti, Javier Martínez, Guillermo Montenegro, Pablo Petrecca y Héctor Gay.
