Una de las acciones es asesorar a las empresas en la cobertura de puestos requeridos. De un total de 168 solicitudes realizadas, 100 puestos de trabajo fueron cubiertos a través de la articulación con la OME. Para más información se debe enviar un mail a la casilla empleo@mardelplata.gov.ar.
La OME contribuye a la formación laboral y profesional de los trabajadores mediante diversas instancias de capacitación, reconversión y recalificación laboral, y también evalúa los perfiles en función de los pedidos de las pymes para cubrir puestos laborales.
En este sentido, en el primer trimestre del año, de un total de 168 solicitudes presentadas por diferentes pymes, un centenar de puestos de trabajo fueron cubiertos gracias a la articulación con la Oficina Municipal de Empleo (OME).
Además, brinda asesoramiento, orientación, cuenta con una bolsa de empleo, inscribe al Fondo de Desempleo, y tiene otros programas como: Inducción al Mundo del Trabajo, Jóvenes con Más y Mejor Trabajo, Empleo Independiente, y Gestión empresarial.
Las pymes pueden obtener información para responder a sus búsquedas laborales enviando un mail a la casilla empleo@mardelplata.gov.ar .
Uno de los objetivos del área es favorecer la intermediación laboral entre el trabajador y el empleador.
Para eso, la OME posee una base de datos de personas que buscan empleo y de los perfiles de los mismos.
Mediante la articulación con empresas locales se vincula la oferta con la demanda laboral, procurando garantizar una buena correspondencia entre estas.
Es así que la coordinación se realiza con Centros, Cámaras, Empresas Públicas y Privadas, Sindicatos y demás instituciones, comunicando y difundiendo los programas de fortalecimiento que esta oficina brinda, como proporcionando los servicios gratuitos de la OME en materia de reclutamiento y selección del personal.
