Este sábado la Subsecretaria de Inspección General de la Municipalidad realizó controles en la Peatonal San Martín, donde se llevaron adelante inspecciones para controlar las ventas no permitidas por ordenanzas.
Además se realizaron recorridos por micro y macro centro, costa sur y centro, Güemes, Alem, Alberti, Cordoba, Libertad, Luro, Colón, Juan B. Justo, Paso y perímetros de las mismas. Se verificó venta ambulante en intersección de Libertad y la costa, labrando por ello un acta de vía pública.
Se continuó con los controles de venta ambulante, ocupación de vía pública, alcohol en vía pública, control y prevención de los protocolos Covid-19 y otros. La recorrida realizada incluyó Libertad, Constitución, Juan B Justo, Tejedor, Jara, Félix U. Camet, Champagnat, San Juan, Plaza España, Plaza Pueyrredon, Paseo Costanero Norte (Perla – Constitución – Acevedo – Estrada) y Parque Camet.
A pedido de superioridad, se concurrió a un domicilio de Champagnat y de Rodríguez Peña, por una denuncia realizada. Se constató la venta ambulante de papa y huevos, sin contar con el permiso municipal correspondiente. Se procedió a labrar un Acta de Constatación de vía pública y una infracción a la Ordenanza Municipal N° 1457.
Asimismo, en Libertad y 20 de Septiembre se labró un Acta de Constatación por venta ambulante sin contar con el permiso municipal, en infracción a la ordenanza municipal anteriormente mencionada.
Por otra parte, el personal dispuesto por la Subsecretaría de Inspección General en Sierra de los Padres procedió al recorrido por los paseos comerciales, donde se corroboró gran afluencia de personas, las cuales en todo momento mantuvieron el distanciamiento social y las normas higiénico-sanitarias.
Se inspeccionó La Gruta de los Pañuelos, contando con las normas de seguridad correspondientes para dicha actividad. Se controlaron los cierres de comercios en el horario dispuesto por la Gobernación de la provincia de Buenos Aires con un acatamiento total a las normativas vigentes.
En la tarde noche se procedió a la inspección de comercios en zona de Gloria la Peregina y El Paraíso, donde por denuncias se procedió a la clausura de una despensa por falta de habilitación y venta de alcohol fuera del horario permitido, además, sin contar con licencia de expendio de alcohol. Se procedió al comiso de bebidas alcohólicas, ya que el titular no pudo acreditar la procedencia de la misma.
