El “FONID-suma extraordinaria Covid-19?, tal su denominación, fue aprobado por unanimidad en la paritaria docente de hoy al mediodía. En una sesión virtual, el ministro de Educación Nicolás Trotta acordó con representantes de los cinco gremios nacionales -Ctera, Uda, Amet, Cea y Sadop- la continuidad del monto que también se había depositado en la primera mitad del año.
El pago representará 4.840 pesos por cargo, con un máximo de dos, que se pagará en cuatro cuotas iguales de 1.210 pesos cada una. La primera corresponderá a julio y se hará efectiva en agosto. Las siguientes se harán en septiembre, octubre y noviembre y se sumarán al pago del FONID ordinario ($1.210) y material didáctico ($210).
Durante el encuentro, Trotta señaló: “Todos queremos que nuestra escuela sea ese espacio que permita que la Argentina se ponga de pie y podamos construir mejores realidades. No concebimos otra manera de hacerlo que a través del diálogo con maestros y maestras, profesores y profesoras. Queremos reconocer su compromiso y, por iniciativa del Presidente, nuestro Gobierno hace este aporte excepcional porque contribuye a los ingresos de todas y todos los docentes del país”.
A principios de año, el Gobierno mantuvo el valor original del FONID ($1.210), pero dispuso una suma extraordinaria para paliar las dificultades salariales de los docentes durante cuatro meses. Superados esos cuatro meses, ahora renovaron ese plus.
Los gremios celebraron el acuerdo, aunque también aclararon que se debe garantizar el avance en las paritarias provinciales. Sergio Romero, secretario general de Uda, planteó: “Esto se da en el marco de una crisis económica global y nos permite seguir discutiendo en los próximos meses sobre esta base concreta. No vamos a dejar de defender la salud de nuestros docentes ante una eventual vuelta a clases presenciales. Reclamamos por la falta de convocatoria y los incumplimientos paritarios en distintas jurisdicciones, lo que resulta claramente inadmisible”.
En la misma línea, Sara García, titular de Amet, indicó: “Obviamente esos 4 mil pesos no alcanzan para nada, pero no hay un solo docente en el país que esté en condiciones de prescindir de ese ingreso. Lo preocupante es que en las provincias no se están cumpliendo las actas paritarias. De hecho, no hay ninguna mesa abierta y los gobernadores dicen que no hay dinero”.
Con el reclamo en la mesa, el ministerio de Educación agregó en el texto del acta el compromiso de “instar al diálogo permanente y la negociación colectiva en las provincias y la Ciudad de Buenos Aires” para evitar conflictos en los distritos. En algunas jurisdicciones como CABA, Santa Fe y Chubut ya ocurrieron “paros virtuales” por el retraso en los pagos e incumplimiento de los acuerdos firmados.
