En los locales, ubicados en la avenida Independencia al 2700 y 3000, se secuestraron más de 140 blisters de remedios.
Este lunes, la Municipalidad de General Pueyrredon, a través de la Dirección de Inspección General, procedió a la clausura de dos comercios ubicados en la avenida Independencia 2781 y 3023, quienes se dedicaban a la venta de medicamentos en forma ilegal, incumpliendo la Ordenanza 20.296.
Al respecto, el titular de Inspección General, Eduardo Bruzetta, informó que “luego de verificar la infracción a la Ordenanza que prohíbe la venta de medicamentos en lugares no permitidos, se procedió al secuestro de los mismos, a realizar acta de constatación y posterior clausura de estos dos locales”, señaló Bruzetta, y agregó: “en estos comercios se hallaron antibióticos, analgésicos, anticongestivos y potenciadores sexuales, entre otros, lo que pone en grave riesgo la salud de las personas que adquieren dichos medicamentos en estos lugares, ya que es imposible determinar su origen y además, son vendidos por personas que no son farmacéuticos y que no están habilitados para prescribir o aconsejar sobre la utilización de los mismos”, afirmó el funcionario.
