El vecinalismo bonaerense es un fenómeno que se mantiene más o menos constante desde hace varias décadas. Los partidos vecinalistas mantienen su identidad local y compiten en las elecciones sin alinearse con los grandes frentes que disputan la provincia y las secciones, sobreviven incluso en tiempos de grieta y polarización extrema.
Ahora mantiene una sociedad con otros vecinalistas como los intendentes de Tornquist, Saliquelló, Chivilcoy y Necochea. En otros tiempos, a esos partidos se les permitía “adherirse” a la boleta de los grandes frentes electorales, pero durante el gobierno de María Eugenia Vidal se prohibió ese tipo de jugadas.
Por eso, los intendentes “Primeros” y algunos “sin tierra” asociados, tendrán boleta corta. Pero, a la vez, colocarán algunos nombres para engrosar las filas del partido Unión Por Todos, que tiene una propuesta independiente e intentará cubrir con candidatos el extenso y complejo territorio de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
El deseo de articular Buenos Aires Primero perdura. “Lo intentaremos en 2023”, anticipó a INFOCIELO el propio Bevilacqua. “Queremos generar un espacio totalmente vecinal, con legisladores vecinales”, agregó el Jefe Comunal. Por ahora, la incipiente formación sirve para articular mejoras institucionales y proyectos de ley.
La segunda vertiente vecinalista tiene como protagonista a Gutavo Pulti, ex intendente de Mar del Plata y referente de Acción Marplatense. Sin lugar en el Frente de Todos, Pulti hizo causa común con Florencio Randazzo y se incorporó a su armado “Vamos”, llevando consigo a partidos vecinales.
Acción Marplatense no está en su mejor momento pero sigue teniendo peso. En las elecciones de 2019 sacó 11 puntos y logró ingresar dos concejales.
Otra de las fuerzas que se incorporó es Por Olavarría Todos, quien comunicó su adhesión junto a la de otros 30 partidos de las ocho secciones electoral. La idea, dijeron sus referentes, es “fortalecer la propuesta política por fuera de la grieta, mas allá de 2021”. En 2019 ese espacio logró 802 votos en las PASO, que no alcanzaron para llegar a la general.
