Representantes de la empresa Torres de Manantiales y de la Unión de Trabajadores del Turismo, Hoteleros y Gastronómicos seccional Mar del Plata (UTHGRA) se reunieron en el Ministerio de Trabajo de Provincia, con el fin de avanzar en los respectivos pedidos de audiencia para continuar con las formas legales correspondientes en el proceso de reconversión que la empresa, anunció, se llevará a cabo.
Por parte de la empresa lo hizo uno de los gerentes de la firma, mientras que por Uthgra su secretario gremial, Walter D’Ambrosio. La mencionada audiencia tendrá lugar virtualmente mañana a las 17:00.
“Al momento Manantiales se ajusta en sus presentaciones y pasos a lo que indica la Ley en este tipo de situaciones. Aún no está claro el total del personal que se verá afectado ya que la empresa cuenta con 79 efectivos y un número similar entre eventuales y temporarios”, se indicó desde el gremio.
En este contexto, se explicó que “Las Nubes continuará con sus actividades tradicionales y el balneario en zona de Chapadmalal en noviembre volverá a funcionar. Inclusive han comentado que en el nuevo plan de negocio se contempla que requerirán de personal de piso”.
Sobre la reconversión que plantea la empresa, desde UTHGRA señalaron que “esto recién comienza, no es un proceso que suceda de un día para el otro, menos si se lleva a cabo de manera que indica la ley y sin presiones a los trabajadores, como afirmaron una y otra vez. Más allá de sus palabras, el gremio estará en cada paso para chequear la situación de cada trabajador que quiera adherirse o no al retiro”.
