La Federación de Asociaciones de Trabajadores de la Sanidad Argentina (FATSA) volvió ayer a marchar por el centro porteño cuando resta un día para el vencimiento de la conciliación obligatoria, y esta vez lo hizo por Avenida Córdoba y con la presencia del referente de la entidad y cosecretario general de la CGT, Héctor Daer.
“Continuamos nuestro plan de lucha para conseguir la recomposición salarial urgente. Nos movilizamos por Avenida Córdoba para visibilizar nuestro reclamo”, sostuvo el gremio de enfermeras y camilleros en su cuenta de Twitter, donde se publicaron también fotos de la marcha.
Allí se lo vio al propio Daer, quien semanas atrás, cuando ya se había instalado en conflicto salarial con los sanatorios y clínicas privadas, sufrió un preinfarto por el cual debió permanecer dos días internado y le debieron colocar dos stents.
Hoy vencerá la conciliación que dictó el Ministerio de Trabajo, mientras que el viernes habrá un paro de cuatro horas dispuesto por el sindicato, en caso de que antes no se realice una audiencia que destrabe el conflicto salarial.
Por su parte, a mediados de junio, las empresas de medicina privada anunciaron que iban presentar una medida cautelar en la Justicia ante la negativa del Gobierno de autorizar un aumento de sus cuotas, lo cual reclaman para poder afrontar la suba salarial que pide el sindicato, de entre el 43 y 45 por ciento.
De hecho, la semana pasada el Gobierno suspendió la audiencia a la que había convocado en medio de la conciliación para acercar posiciones entre las partes, debido a que busca primero ver la forma de solucionar los problemas de financiamiento de las prestadoras para luego poder mediar en el acuerdo salarial.
Las empresas del sector alegan que la pandemia aumentó la cantidad de servicios que están brindando y hablan de un desfinanciamiento debido a que no les autorizan un aumento de las cuotas que cobran a sus afiliados.
