La diputada provincial Carolina Piparo explora un acuerdo con el sector que responde a Emilio Monzó -en La Plata representado por el diputado Guillermo Bardón– para presentar una lista que compita en la interna de Juntos (ex JxC) contra las que presentarán el intendente Julio Garro -principal promotor de la candidatura de Diego Santilli a primer diputado nacional por la Provincia- y el radicalismo -que impulsa la candidatura de Facundo Manes a diputado nacional provincial-.
Con la mira puesta en ese objetivo, esta semana terminarán de juntar los avales necesarios para poder presentar una lista propia en la categoría de diputados provinciales -además de Piparo, también vence el mandato de Bardón- y concejales para competir en la interna, siendo esta la tercera nómina que disputará en las PASO para conformar la lista final de noviembre.
Como es de público conocimiento, en el Municipio son varios los nombres que suenan para integrar la lista de diputados provinciales, ya que Garro busca tener mayor representación en el armado de las listas. La intención es que haya un legislador que tenga identificación plena con el Gobierno local, algo que los funcionarios municipales consideran que no ha ocurrido en ninguna de las citas electorales previas.
Esto fue planteado días atrás en un encuentro que los referentes del espacio garrista tuvieron con el Intendente. Se sentaron en esa mesa varios integrantes del grupo denominado “Paladar Negro” más otros que ocupan roles importante en la gestión pero tienen su propio juego político.
Entre estos últimos se hallan el coordinador del Gabinete Oscar Negrelli y el secretario de Gobierno Marcelo Leguizamón. Entre los primeros están el secretario de Seguridad Darío Ganduglia; la titular de Desarrollo de la Comunidad, Julieta Quintero Chasman; el de Salud Enrique Rifourcat; el de Obras Públicas Luis Barbier y el de Espacios Públicos José “Pepe” Etchart. A quienes se sumó Nelson Marino, el extitular de Gobierno que ahora es concejal y se mantiene como uno de los referentes territoriales de mayor confianza del intendente.
No obstante, entre esos nombres no está el de Piparo.
Relegada por el PRO y sin estar en los planes del radicalismo, la actual legisladora evalúa encuestas que la posicionan en condiciones de dar pelea para buscar un nuevo mandato. De esta forma, avanzaría en un acuerdo con el monzoismo, compartiendo lista con Bardón. Esta sería una de las dos boletas locales que llevarían como candidato a diputado nacional a Manes. La otra es la que impulsaría a Leandro Bazze, hijo del actual diputado nacional.
INTERNA RADICAL
La interna del radicalismo local se encuentra al rojo vivo, ya que el diputado nacional Miguel Bazze busca imponer la candidatura de su propio hijo por sobre dirigentes locales como Claudio Frangul, lo cual ha generado una gran tensión en el espacio. Si bien nadie reniega de las legítimas aspiraciones de impulsar la candidatura de su hijo, creen que podría aspirar a un cargo menor en el Concejo Deliberante.
La disputa se da en el marco de una negociación aún irresuelta respecto a cómo se armarán las listas y en medio de una tendencia hacia una posible elección interna entre Manes y Diego Santilli que se replicaría en La Plata, con un armado liderado por el radicalismo con eventuales aliados enfrentando a la lista que presente el intendente Garro con el conglomerado de sectores que lo respaldan.
