A través de un decreto, el intendente Guillermo Montenegro dispuso hoy que “como consecuencia de la cuarentena y el deterioro en los sectores productivos” tanto él como los secretarios y presidentes de entes municipales no cobren el aguinaldo este mes.
Por medio del decreto 946/2021, el jefe comunal manifestó que “no se le podría pedir un nuevo esfuerzo solamente a los sectores productivos sin que el mismo no estuviera acompañado por acciones del Poder Ejecutivo municipal”.
La decisión de Montenegro se sostuvo tras argumentar que “como consecuencia de la cuarentena y el deterioro en los sectores productivos, en el segundo trimestre del año 2020 se alcanzó el pico más alto de desocupación de la historia de General Pueyrredon, cuando ese índice ascendió a un 26%”.
Además, explicó que “desde los distintos niveles del Estado se le solicitó a los vecinos que realizaran un esfuerzo que, desde el Poder Ejecutivo Municipal, se acompañó con distintas medidas como exenciones o moratorias impositivas, y también de austeridad del gasto público municipal”.
“En el marco de una segunda ola de Covid no se le podría pedir un nuevo esfuerzo solamente a los sectores productivos, sin que el mismo no estuviera acompañado por acciones del Poder Ejecutivo municipal”, agregó el jefe comunal.
Es por esto, señaló, que “corresponde implementar una nueva donación de la totalidad de la primera cuota del Sueldo Anual Complementario 2021 por parte del intendente municipal, los secretarios y presidentes de entes descentralizados”.
