Según un informe de Zona Sanitaria VIII, a la cual pertenece Tandil, en las últimas dos semanas el incremento fue de 11% cuando el promedio bonaerense es de 17%.
Los casos activos de coronavirus experimentaron en las últimas dos semanas un aumento del 11% en los distritos de la zona, un porcentaje menor al promedio de incremento en la provincia y el país.
El dato surge de un informe sobre la situación epidemiológica de la de Región Sanitaria VIII, que tiene sede en General Pueyrredon.
A nivel nacional y provincial, en las mismas dos semanas el incremento fue del 21 y el 17%, respectivamente, detalla el trabajo.
La edad media de los casos confirmados se mantiene en 46 años y el grupo etario más afectado es el de 20 a 49 años. El 44% de los casos se dio en hombres y el 56% en mujeres.
Al momento de concluirse el informe, el 31 de marzo, se habían registrado 2178 muertes en residentes de la región. La cifra refleja una tasa de letalidad que se mantiene en 2,7%. El promedio de edad de los fallecidos es de 76 años.
La mayoría de las muertes (90%) se dieron en los grupos etarios de 60 a 79 años y en los mayores de 80 años, en similar proporción.
