La masa de haberes jubilatorios experimentará en agosto un incremento interanual del orden del 0,8% tras la entrega del bono recientemente anunciado por el Gobierno, pero, en caso contrario, la caída hubiera llegado al 10,6%, según estimaciones privadas.
El estudio de la Fundación Mediterránea indicó que para los beneficiaros de una jubilación mayor a dos haberes mínimos, es decir, superior a $46.129, se registra una pérdida interanual del 9,6% en términos reales, sin ese plus y al descontar la inflación.
El trabajo aseguró que los bonos entregados en los últimos doce meses representan en términos reales el 1,6% de la masa de haberes del período.
“A valores de junio 2021, el desembolso por bonos complementarios equivale a casi $50.000 millones”, estimó y apuntó: “En particular, con el bono de agosto, la variación interanual de la masa de haberes experimentará un incremento del 0,8%, caso contrario la caída hubiera sido del 10,6%”.
“Considerando la variación promedio de los últimos doce meses (no el ´punta a punta´), todos los beneficiarios sufrieron un deterioro de los haberes en términos reales”, señaló.
El sondeo subrayó que “la variación interanual de los haberes para agosto 2021, con respecto a igual mes del año pasado, implica un aumento en términos reales del 10% para quienes perciben haberes mínimos”, al tiempo que para quienes cobran dos haberes es del 1%.
En ese escenario, consideró que hay “una tendencia negativa en términos reales producto de la evolución de precios superior a la evolución de los haberes”.
Así lo sostuvo luego del bono recientemente anunciado, de $5.000, que será el tercero otorgado en lo que va del año, pero el primero que alcanzará a los haberes que duplican el haber mínimo.
“Alternativamente, si se evalúa la variación real de los haberes bajo la fórmula derogada (Ley 27.426) y sin suponer bonos supletorios, se aprecia que el conjunto total de jubilados y pensionados hubiera percibido una caída interanual de sus haberes reales en torno al 10%”, apuntó.
Remarcó que, “sin embargo, la variación promedio de los últimos doce meses hubiera originado una reducción real del 1,3% para todos ellos”.
