La Cámara de Senadores tendrá una agenda colmada la semana que viene cuando los legisladores se aboquen a debatir los proyectos sobre Ganancias para empresas y la iniciativa para postergar las elecciones, en tanto que se espera la presencia en el recinto del jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero.
En principio, el ministro coordinador tiene fecha para enfrentarse a los senadores el próximo jueves 27 de mayo, en horario a confirmar.
La última vez que Cafiero estuvo presente ante los integrantes de la Cámara alta fue el 7 de octubre del año pasado. Antes lo había hecho el 18 de junio.
Según informó oficialmente la Jefatura de Gabinete, el funcionario enviará por escrito respuestas a 1160 preguntas formuladas tanto desde el oficialismo como de la oposición, un récord de consultas de parte de senadores desde la creación del cargo, con la Reforma Constitucional de 1994…
Cafiero, como ocurre habitualmente en estos casos, formulará un discurso ante los legisladores para narrar la marcha del Gobierno, al término del cual responderá preguntas de los senadores que estén presentes en el recinto y de los que se encuentren participando de la sesión especial por videoconferencia.
De acuerdo al artículo 101 de la Constitución, el jefe de Gabinete debe brindar un informe sobre el acontecer del Ejecutivo de manera mensual ante el Poder Legislativo, alternándose una vez en cada Cámara.
Según la Subsecretaría de Asuntos Parlamentarios de la Jefatura de Gabinete, el Ministerio de Salud es el área que más preguntas recibió (237), seguido por el Ministerio de Economía (173).
Luego, en una suerte de ranking de requerimientos, continúan los ministerios de Desarrollo Social (78), Desarrollo Productivo (75) y Educación (71), entre otras carteras del Gabinete.
“Se trata del máximo histórico desde la creación del cargo en 1994: 1160 consultas”, indicó la subsecretaría, que conduce Cecilia Gómez Mirada.
En cuanto a los bloques legislativos, la bancada que remitió al Ejecutivo la mayor cantidad de consultas es la UCR (619), seguida por el PRO (264) y el Frente de Todos (108).
Respecto de las senadoras y los senadores que mayor número de preguntas hicieron llegar al jefe de Gabinete se destacan Pablo Blanco (UCR-Tierra del Fuego) con 159; Pamela Verasay (UCR-Mendoza) con 118; Esteban Bullrich (PRO-Buenos Aires) con 94; y Guadalupe Tagliaferri (PRO-CABA) con 90.
El último informe del funcionario ante el Congreso lo realizó ante la Cámara de Diputados, el 28 de noviembre pasado, donde respondió 1899 preguntas de los legisladores.
