La Secretaría de de Comercio Interior oficializó la prórroga del programa “Ahora 12”, esta vez hasta el 31 de enero de 2022, e incorporó nuevas modalidades de financiamiento para numerosos rubros.
A través de la Resolución 753/2021, publicada este lunes en el Boletín Oficial, el Poder Ejecutivo señaló que “atento al crecimiento evidenciado en la demanda de determinados productos de fabricación nacional, así como su incidencia en el mercado interno, corresponde incorporar nuevas modalidades de financiamiento”.
Esa decisión abarca a los rubros “Línea Blanca”, “Materiales y Herramientas para la Construcción”, “Muebles”, “Bicicletas”, “Colchones”, “Neumáticos, accesorios y repuestos”, “Computadoras, Notebooks y Tabletas”, “Televisores y Monitores” y “Pequeños Electrodomésticos”.
Comercio Interior requirió a las emisoras de tarjetas de crédito adheridas al “Ahora 12” que informen respecto de aquellas ventas efectuadas con las medidas de financiamiento previstas en el Programa, el número de cupón consignado en el ticket de pago correspondiente a cada una de ellas.
Asimismo, determinó que el rubro Anteojos y Lentes de Contacto (que comprende anteojos recetados y lentes de contacto adquiridos en ópticas), podrán comprarse a través del Programa si tienen un precio final que no sea superior a $15.000.
Por su parte, los proveedores o comercios -en las operaciones realizadas a través de tarjetas de crédito- podrán elegir:
- Cobrar en un plazo de 60 días corridos con una tasa máxima de descuento del 8,80% directa o en un plazo de hasta diez días hábiles con una tasa máxima de descuento del 11,48% directa, para las ventas realizadas con la 12 cuotas.
- Cobrar en un plazo de 60 días corridos con una tasa máxima de descuento del 13,95% directa o en un plazo de hasta diez días hábiles con una tasa máxima de descuento del 16,52% directa, para las ventas realizadas con la modalidad 18 cuotas.
- Cobrar en un plazo de 60 días corridos con una tasa máxima de descuento del 20,60% directa o en un plazo de hasta diez días hábiles con una tasa máxima de descuento del 23,27% directa, para las ventas realizadas con la modalidad 24 cuotas.
- Cobrar en un plazo de 60 días corridos con una tasa máxima de descuento del 26,08% directa o en un plazo de hasta diez días hábiles con una tasa máxima de descuento del 28,67% directa, para las ventas realizadas con la modalidad 30 cuotas.
El Poder Ejecutivo justificó una nueva prórroga del “Ahora 12” -Programa que está vigente desde 2014-al señalar que éste “se ha mostrado eficaz para fortalecer el mercado interno, ampliar el acceso a bienes e incrementar y sostener los niveles de demanda, estimular las inversiones y la producción local, y consolidar la creación de más y mejor empleo”.
“A su vez, posee una estructura reglamentaria eficaz a la cual las entidades financieras, proveedores y comercios han sabido adherirse y ejecutar sin inconvenientes”, resaltó. En ese sentido, destacó que “sectores intervinientes en la comercialización de bienes y servicios incluidos en el Programa han incrementado sostenidamente su oferta local, logrando abastecer la demanda interna y sostener los niveles de demanda de las y los consumidores”.
