Martín Soria adelantó que el Gobierno denunciará a Mauricio Macri ante la justicia por el envío de material bélico a Bolivia para apoyar a Jeanine Áñez, según reveló la actual gestión de ese país.
“El Código Penal argentino les queda chico a Macri y compañía. No solamente se los investiga por las fechorías que hicieron en nuestro territorio y las penurias en las que sumergieron a todos los argentinos, sino también en otros países, por delitos graves”, afirmó el ministro de Justicia.
“Macri cargó las armas de la dictadura boliviana”, acusó Soria en diálogo con Radio 10. “Es la primera vez que vemos como un presidente argentino directamente colabora con la represión y con un golpe de Estado a un territorio hermano, como es Bolivia. Tienen la sangre del pueblo boliviano en sus manos”, enfatizó.
Bolivia denuncia que Macri envió armas para apoyar al golpe contra Evo
“Estamos coordinando las actuaciones y seguramente en las próximas horas va a haber novedades porque el hecho es gravísimo”, dijo Soria sobre las posibles presentaciones judiciales del gobierno.
El ministro indicó que “los hechos son muy graves” y que “el propio embajador (Normando Álvarez García) está diciendo que su propio jefe, Mauricio Macri, no brindó apoyo humanitario, sino que apoyó el golpe de estado en Bolivia”.
Soria dijo que el gobierno de Mauricio Macri debió haber “falseado” la salida de armas de la Argentina porque “no es fácil sacar armas”, y advirtió que esa situación genera delitos tales como el “contrabando agravado” y el “incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionario”.
“Nos tomaron el pelo”, resumió el ministro y mencionó a algunos de los “funcionarios involucrados”, además de Macri y Patricia Bullrich, “que no han cumplido con sus funciones”, tales como el ex ministro de Defensa Oscar Aguad, que “facilitó el uso del avión Hércules para trasladar ese material clandestino” y el ex canciller Jorge Faurie.
“No se saca armamento o fuerzas militares de la Argentina a otro país así nomás, todo queda registrado; por eso, es abrumadora la cantidad de pruebas que hay. Creo que Mauricio Macri y sus ex funcionarios van a inaugurar los delitos contra la dignidad y la paz de la Nación”, señaló Soria.
