El Ministerio de Educación anunció que propondrá a los ministros de todo el país fijar un piso mínimo de 70% de contenidos prioritarios aprobados para promocionar de grado o año, entre agosto y diciembre de 2021, mientras que aquellos alumnos que necesiten mayor apoyo tendrán dictado de clases en febrero del 2022.
El documento elaborado por la cartera que dirige Nicolás Trotta será presentado el martes próximo en la reunión del Consejo Federal de Educación para debatir su aprobación.
El eje central de la propuesta es incrementar los tiempos de enseñanza para fortalecer la calidad de los aprendizajes desde agosto hasta diciembre y en febrero del 2022 para estudiantes que necesiten más apoyo.
El proyecto promueve que las ministras y ministros alcancen un acuerdo que considere como criterio para la promoción de un año a otro tener aprobados al menos el 70% de los contenidos que fueron priorizados para este ciclo escolar, en cada una de las jurisdicciones que lo necesiten.
En este sentido, se busca “fortalecer la enseñanza en el primer ciclo de la primaria (de primero a tercer grado)” para lo cual “la promoción de tercero a cuarto grado de la primaria se dará cuando las y los chicos hayan adquirido las competencias de lectura y escritura básicas”, indicó el Ministerio en un comunicado.
El documento propone, además, para estudiantes que hayan tenido trayectorias intermitentes o de baja intensidad y que necesitan más tiempo y más acompañamiento para apropiarse de los aprendizajes requeridos, instancias específicas de intensificación de la enseñanza.
En este aspecto se incorpora “un período especial de dictado de clases y de trabajo pedagógico en febrero 2022 con las y los estudiantes que terminan salita de 5 en el nivel inicial, sexto o séptimo grado de la primaria; o quinto, sexto o séptimo año de la secundaria”.
En ese período, la cartera apoyará a través de recursos la intensificación del trabajo en las escuelas.
“Esta propuesta, analizada con los principales referentes del ámbito pedagógico, refuerza nuestro compromiso de garantizar una educación de calidad en el marco de la excepcionalidad de la pandemia y promueve los pasos que debemos dar en común acuerdo con las jurisdicciones del país”, indicó el ministro Trotta.
La idea de la propuesta al Consejo Federal es ” un acuerdo de trabajo pedagógico para el segundo semestre del año tendiente a incrementar el tiempo de enseñanza, fortalecer la presencialidad y los aprendizajes en todo el territorio”.
Con este fin, se busca “fijar metas que permitan evaluar si las y los estudiantes están en condiciones de avanzar en sus trayectorias educativas”.
Las provincias, para alcanzar estos acuerdos, deberán finalizar al 31 de agosto un relevamiento de las trayectorias escolares del alumnado.
El porcentaje mínimo de contenidos aprobados incluirá “la participación efectiva en las actividades escolares tales como clases, tareas y evaluaciones, que expresen los logros y progresos experimentados por las y los estudiantes”, precisó la cartera educativa..
