Similares características en conflictos que envuelven el tratamiento de residuos a cargo del CEAMSE se desarrollan tanto en La Plata y Mar del Plata. Ayer una oportuna medida dejó sin efecto el bloqueo al predio en nuestra ciudad, por parte de trabajadores que se desempeñan en el CEAMSE, los cuales quedan desocupados ante la caída del vínculo contractual dispuesta por la MGP:
Los trabajadores afectados recurrieron a las autoridades laborales y el conflicto tomó estado público ante cerrado hermetismo municipal. Está en riesgo la continuidad de un servicio cuya evolución en el conflicto, puede determinar la imposibilidad de descarga de los camiones de recolección de residuos domiciliarios.
Según trascendidos, de manera precaria estarían tomando intervención los gremios de la UOCRA y el Sindicato de Trabajadores Camioneros, cuya intervención sólo es posible con la expresa autorización de las autoridades municipales, y en obvio conocimiento del intendente Guillermo Montenegro.

Tanto sea en La Plata como en Mar del Plata, los conflictos no son iguales sino similares, con algunas coincidencias, entre ellas que ambas ciudades (1ra y 2da en importancia del interior bonaerense) son gobernadas por intendentes del PRO (Guillermo Montenegro y Julio Garro) que integran Juntos Por el Cambio. Otro dato no menor es que la Provincia de Buenos Aires integra el CEAMSE con una importante participación de capital y es además políticamente mayoritaria, la otra parte es CABA en manos de Horacio Rodríguez Larreta.
No habría que descartar, sino más vale asegurar, que haya cuestiones económicas y políticas en estas circunstancias que atañen a la complicada situación financiera que viven en especial los municipios.
Esta escalada en un conflicto de tamaña naturaleza, debido a las restricciones y protocolos para combatir la pandemia, puede no resultar casual en momentos de cierre de alianzas y listas de candidatos políticos, justo en las ciudades de mayor preponderancia electoral del interior bonaerense.
No deja de llamar la atención, mucho menos aún, que comiencen a sonar en esta música los sindicatos de la UOCRA y CAMIONEROS, de indudable poder de fuego para moverse en estas instancias que desbordan la política, y se necesita otro tipo de mano de obra para cerrar los acuerdos. No siempre de manera pacífica.
Nadie quiere imaginar que estalle un conflicto, justo en el inicio del período de vacaciones invernales en Mar del Plata, que impida la normal recolección de residuos, cuando la hotelería y la gastronomía han quedado prácticamente al borde de su funcionamiento, con miles de desempleados como nunca ocurrió en la historia de la ciudad.
En La Plata ya piden no sacar la basura
Según informa el portal de noticias 0221.com.ar “La Municipalidad de La Plata le pidió a los vecinos que eviten sacar a la basura a la vía pública por los reclamos salariales que mantiene el personal del CEAMSE. Los empleados están en asamblea permanente y con un servicio de descarga con interrupciones”.
“Esta situación comenzó hace dos días y se mantienen negociaciones con el Ministerio de Trabajo. Hasta tanto no esté resulto el conflicto y se reanuden las tareas con normalidad, de modo preventivo se recomienda a los vecinos que eviten sacar los residuos a la vía pública”, se advirtió.
“Si bien no es un paro total, los empleados de la planta llevan adelante la retención de tareas, afectando así el servicio de descarga en el lugar, el cual funciona con intervalos e interrupciones”.
