La presidente del bloque de concejales de la Unión Cívica radical, Vilma Baragiola, presentó un proyecto de ordenanza proponiendo la creación de una mesa de trabajo “para el estudio y actualización del ejido urbano en el Partido de General Pueyrredon”.
La edil sostuvo que avanzó en esta iniciativa atenta al reclamo de vecinos de distintas zonas del Partido. En ese marco, propuso “este armado de mesa de trabajo a fines de analizar la ampliación del ejido urbano y el cambio de indicadores territoriales como alternativas necesarias al crecimiento urbano sostenido que viene aconteciendo en los últimos años en Mar del Plata y Batán”.
El proyecto, además, pide que de la misma formen parte representantes técnicos de las áreas de Catastro, Ordenamiento Territorial y Planeamiento Urbano, OSSE, EMVIAL, EMVISUR, integrantes de los distintos bloques políticos del HCD, el Banco de Tierras, la Defensoría del Pueblo y autoridades de las entidades vecinales involucradas.
La autora del proyecto afirmó que “esta posibilidad de variación del ejido permitiría que vecinos de Camet, Sierra de los Padres, Batán o los barrios a la vera de la ruta 11 en el extremo sur del Partido tengan la chance de acceder al transporte urbano de pasajeros, abonando el mismo costo que el resto de las barriadas y no un elevado boleto como en la actualidad”.
“El cambio de indicadores, permitirá actualizar el Código de Ordenamiento Territorial, adecuándolo a la situación en que se encuentran las diferentes zonas, dando con esto respuesta en cuanto a servicios, como así también a un superior acompañamiento y respaldo del estado para con los vecinos, entre otras cuestiones”, finalizó.
