Por su parte, las obras en la plaza Martín Miguel de Güemes -delimitada por las calles Roca, Tucumán, Buenos Aires y Entre Ríos- comprende el reacondicionamiento del playón deportivo existente, la incorporación de veredas interiores con lugares de descanso y equipamiento saludable.
En tanto, para la manzana ubicada entre las calles Buenos Aires y Entre Ríos, se prevé el reemplazo del arenero por un área de juegos con piso antigolpes, el mantenimiento de los juegos infantiles existentes y la materialización de senderos.
En el caso del Paseo Costanero Sur, ubicado sobre la avenida de los Trabajadores y la Reserva Natural del Puerto, los trabajos están prontos a finalizar después de completarse la construcción de las nuevas veredas y miradores, restando la colocación del nuevo equipamiento urbano y la señalética vertical, con el fin de completar este nuevo corredor peatonal, propicio también para la movilidad sustentable.
