El ingeniero Lorenzo Siquier asumió como nuevo gerente general de EDEA en reemplazo del contador Esteban Pérez Elustondo, quien luego de una década en ese puesto se desempeñará como director de Planeamiento y Control en Desarrolladora Energética S.A. (DESA), grupo al que pertenece la distribuidora de energía.
Siquier viene de desempeñarse como director de Operaciones de EDES tras cumplir diferentes funciones ejecutivas en EDELAP y la salteña EDESA desde el año 2015.
Este cambio se da en el marco de otras reformas implementadas en la estructura organizacional del Grupo, que apuntan a consolidar a DESA como líder en la industria eléctrica nacional.
Elustondo destacó la trayectoria iniciada en EDEA desde el comienzo de las actividades de la empresa y puso de relieve la relación mantenida con las distintas autoridades municipales y con los medios de prensa de las 17 localidades que integran el área donde presta servicio eléctrico.
Asimismo destacó, la capacidad de trabajo de quien será su sucesor en el cargo, de la que ha dado prueba en las diferentes funciones que llevó adelante en su paso por otras empresas del Grupo DESA.
Siquier, por su parte, manifestó su satisfacción por la nueva etapa profesional que inicia dentro del sector eléctrico y resaltó la calidad de su personal, con el que dijo “espero seguir trabajando de la misma manera como lo han venido haciendo hasta ahora”.
