La Municipalidad, a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Productivo e Innovación, abrió la inscripción al programa “Empleo joven”. Mediante esta iniciativa, aquellas pymes habilitadas, que den trabajo a jóvenes de 18 a 25 años, recibirán el otorgamiento del beneficio previsto en el artículo 99 de la Ordenanza Fiscal vigente.
El objetivo del programa es generar medidas orientadas a incentivar y promover la inserción de jóvenes en el mercado laboral, que propicien la incorporación de los mismos a través del estímulo a la creación de puestos de trabajo sustentables y el crecimiento del sector productivo en el Partido de General Pueyrredon.
La Secretaría de Desarrollo Productivo e Innovación realizará las convocatorias para que las pymes puedan participar de la adhesión al programa en forma trimestral. Los interesados en participar en la convocatoria -y de esta manera, también acceder a los beneficios previstos por el programa- deberán presentar una declaración jurada tras reunir los requisitos que podrán encontrar en el sitio institucional del Municipio: www.mardelplata.gob.ar/produccion/empleojoven.
El plazo para la presentación es de diez días hábiles contados desde el día de apertura de la respectiva convocatoria.
Una vez finalizado el período de inscripción, las pymes cuyas solicitudes sean seleccionadas contarán con un plazo de treinta días corridos para realizar la contratación de los jóvenes a emplear y notificar las altas del personal, mediante el envío de un correo electrónico a la casilla: empleojoven@mardelplata.gob.ar.
Los trabajadores a ser contratados deberán tener entre 18 y 25 años, acreditar su residencia en el Partido de General Pueyrredon con una antigüedad mayor a dos años, encontrarse inscripto en la base de la Oficina de Empleo Municipal y no tener una ocupación formal a la fecha de la presentación.
En este sentido, las pymes seleccionadas recibirán un descuento en pago a cuenta sobre la Tasa por Inspección de Seguridad e Higiene, por cada contratación de personal de acuerdo a las condiciones previstas en el programa, que será aplicado mensualmente, por el plazo de tres meses, siempre que se dé cumplimiento al requisito de continuidad de la relación laboral.
