Ahora, la directora de Migraciones, Florencia Carignano aseguró: “Estamos mucho mejor y pudimos tomar estas medidas. Pudimos flexibilizar porque los contagios bajaron, porque la cuarentena de quienes retornan al país se empezó a cumplir, y porque empezamos a vacunar, todo acompañado con los números que bajan, hizo que podamos habilitar más cupos”.
“Me tocó dar malas noticias mucho tiempo, pero todas las medidas nos permitieron llegar a este punto y aumentar el cupo. Serán 1700, más vuelos especiales. Donde haya más argentinos que no hayan podido retornar, vamos a armar vuelos especiales”, anunció.
En ese marco, desde el 6 de septiembre, el cupo será de 2300 personas y Migraciones pidió a las aerolíneas que haya dos horas entre vuelo y vuelo. “Estamos tratando de poder habilitar otros aeropuertos internacionales: Córdoba, Mendoza, Rosario… Y que en esos lugares se instalen centros de testeos y todo lo que hay en Ezeiza, para que los argentinos lleguen a esos aeropuertos”. “No será solo a traves de Ezeiza, debemos habilitar otros aeropuertos internacionales siempre y cuando los gobernadores presenten los protocolos”, agregó.

Hace cinco semanas el incumplimiento de la cuarentena de quienes retornaban al país era del 40%, por eso se realizaron cierres preventivos para poder vacunar. “Se logró eso, que se vacunen a 12 millones de personas”, señaló la funcionaria quien también detalló que “son 10 días de cuarentena desde la toma del PCR”.
El Gobierno no tiene el número exacto de argentinos esperando para volver, porque se especula con que algunos compraron un pasaje con otra empresa y ya volvieron. “Las empresas nos tienen que dar esos datos. Mucha gente volvió tomando otros vuelos”, reclamó Carignano.
Sobre la situación del ex presidente Mauricio Macri que se encuentra varado en Suiza, Florencia Carignano sostuvo que “si tiene domicilio en provincia de Buenos Aires, debería ir al hotel esos cuatro días y luego cumplir en su domicilio los otros tres días. Entiendo que se fue de vacaciones”.
