La precandidata a legisladora Abril Fernández Soto y el referente Marcos Longoni, ambos dirigentes del partido liberal “Republicanos Unidos”, ampliaron ayer la denuncia presentada contra el presidente Alberto Fernández y Sofía Pacchi por romper el aislamiento y ahora apuntaron contra la primera dama, Fabiola Yáñez.
Además, la ampliación incluye al empresario coreano Chien Chia Hong; a Fernando Consagra y Emmanuel López; el adiestrador canino Ariel Alonso Zapata, y el veterinario Lautaro Romero.
La denuncia es por los delitos tipificados en el Código Penal en los artículos 205 (violación de medidas para impedir una epidemia) y 248 (incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionario público).
Esto tiene lugar ante la reciente comprobación periodística de múltiples visitas en distintos días, recibidas en la Quinta presidencial de Olivos durante la vigencia del Aislamiento Social Preventivo Obligatorio (ASPO).
Entre los nuevos incluidos en la denuncia está la primera dama por haber participado el 2 de abril de 2020 de reuniones no relacionadas a actividades esenciales.
Al respecto Yamil Santoro, presidente de Republicanos Unidos, sostuvo: “Desde el primer momento venimos combatiendo las arbitrariedades del gobierno y al mismo tiempo los privilegios de la casta política. Estamos ante un caso que puede parecer menor, pero evidencia la doble vara con la que el gobierno nacional viene midiendo sus acciones desde el inicio. Creen que hay ciudadanos de primera y de segunda. Ser funcionario público no da un cheque en blanco para hacer cualquier cosa”.
