Se estaba retirando esta mañana un cajero automático ubicado en la zona de Cabo Corrientes, el cual significaba una publicidad no autorizada y que fue levantado por orden de la Subsecretaría de Control de la Municipalidad en el marco de políticas para la no afectación visual del paisaje costero.

“Hemos detectado la instalación de un trailer con publicidad ilegal, alterando las normas municipales vigentes en esa situación, y hemos intentado por la vía del diálogo que los responsables de la firma publicitaria, a través de los titulares de la concesión, retiren la unidad instalada”, informó Adrián Alveolite, titular de la Subsecretaría.

En este predio funcionaban un cajero automático y una oficina comercial, no contando con la correspondiente autorización comunal. Sin embargo, ante el anuncio municipal los concesionarios no respondieron: por eso llegó una intimación para que el retiro se haga antes de las 12:30 de hoy miércoles.

“En esta instancia donde estaba previsto el retiro de la unidad se llegó a una mediación mediante la cual las partes reconocieron la falta, se allanaron al cumplimiento de las medidas sancionatorias que dispondrá oportunamente el juez interviniente y se obligaron a retirar ellos mismos el trailer”, aseguró el funcionario.

Por último, Alveolite confió que las políticas para no afectar el paisaje costero son para “generar un pacto de convivencia en toda la ciudad, donde todos podamos vivir en un ámbito de solidaridad entendiendo que debe existir un justo equilibrio entre las necesidades, expectativas e intereses del sector comercial y los derechos de los vecinos y turistas de gozar del paisaje natural que ofrece Mar del Plata”.
