El director nacional de Políticas Integradoras dependiente de la Secretaría de Economía Social del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, Rafael Klejzer, llevó a cabo una intensa agenda en la ciudad, con actividades que incluyeron a gremios, productores locales, empresarios y el intendente Guillermo Montenegro.
“Sabemos que Mar del Plata está pasando una situación muy difícil. Los funcionarios nacionales tenemos que estar más presentes acá porque no debería vivir del turismo en verano sino todo el año y no sucede. Hay una crisis general de problema macro, de ingresos, y también la realidad de vecinos”, indicó el funcionario nacional en conferencia de prensa.
Desde su cartera, considera que “fortalecer la producción es la única salida. Debemos reconvertir los programas sociales en trabajo y ese trabajo en derecho. La idea de los emprendimientos que se pudieron sostener luego de 5 años de pandemia, es que se fortalezcan y desarrollen”.
Para que esta conversión se dé, explicó que existen programas de capacitación y fomento para cooperativas en varias ramas: textil, sociocomunitario (tareas de cuidado), reciclado, pequeñas obras en barrios y comercialización “volviendo al mercado de cercanía. Y queremos llevar los Precios Cuidados a ferias y mercados”.
Sobre la dispersión de precios y subas que se sufren constantemente, afirmó que “el intermediario en Argentina nos está generando un problema de precios muy importante que termina achicando el consumo. Si generamos los espacios de precio justo generamos una economía circular, primero local y regional y el excedente que salga, así el dinero queda en el distrito”.
A tal fin señaló que “el Plan Federal de Ferias se inicia el 27 de marzo en Tecnópolis como señal. La intención es nacionalizar e instalar uno en Mar del Plata. La idea es que las ferias y mercados en el país tengan una sola política. Si podemos generarlo es maravilloso”.
Por último subrayó como fundamental “trabajar en conjunto con Montenegro. Nos interesa muchísimo trabajar institucionalmente, bien, acertadamente, para que llegue bien la información y los programas nacionales”.
