Se estima que llagará nuevamente a Ezeiza el martes por la tarde, en un “esfuerzo logístico” para sumar nuevas dósis a las más de 4,5 millones que ya llegaron al país en vuelos de Aerolíneas.
El décimo vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas con destino a Moscú, en búsqueda de vacunas Sputnik V contra el coronavirus, partió en la madrugada de este lunes y estará de regreso el martes por la tarde.
“El esfuerzo logístico que se realiza para sacar los vuelos en cuestión de horas se puede hacer porque hay una línea aérea puesta al servicio de los argentinos. Cada avión que llega con vacunas permite darle continuidad al plan de vacunación trazado por el Gobierno Nacional”, señaló el presidente de la línea de bandera, Pablo Ceriani.
El vuelo se realiza en forma directa, sin escalas, en la aeronave que ha sido especialmente reformada para el transporte de carga y se encuentra al mando de 10 tripulantes, entre pilotos y copilotos, a los que se suman personal técnico, de mantenimiento y tripulantes de cabinas, hasta totalizar una dotación de 20 personas.
El último viernes, bajo el número de vuelo AR1065, llegaron al país 370.000 nuevas dosis de Sputnik V.
Desde fines de diciembre, Aerolíneas Argentinas se encuentra realizando operaciones de vuelo especiales con el objetivo de traer vacunas al país. En los 9 vuelos completados hacia y desde la Federación Rusa se trajeron 3.669.000 dosis de Sputnik V.
Además, se realizó un vuelo a Beijing, República Popular China, en el cual vinieron 908.000 dosis de la vacuna producida por Sinopharm.
Hasta el momento, la cantidad de vacunas que llegaron al país en vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas es de 4.577.000.
