Un adolescente de 15 años murió baleado por un vecino del barrio La Loma, de la ciudad de La Plata, a cuyos hijos de 7 y 9 amenazó con un arma y a uno de los cuales intentó utilizar como escudo para entrar a las patadas a robar a la casa de un amigo al que en ese momento visitaba, informaron ayer fuentes policiales.
por la fiscal Virginia Bravo, a cargo de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 7 del Departamento Judicial de La Plata y de la causa, calificada legalmente como “homicidio y tentativa de robo”.
El hecho, que duró apenas 12 segundos y quedó filmado por las cámaras de seguridad de la vivienda, se registró alrededor de las 23 de la noche del martes en una casa de la la calle 49, entre 27 y 28, de La Plata.
De acuerdo con las primeras investigaciones, dos ladrones a bordo de una moto quisieron entrar a robar a una casa y, para eso, uno de ellos, de 15 años, se aproximó a un auto que estaba estacionado sobre la vereda con las puertas abiertas, donde se encontraban una niña de 9 años y su hermano, de 7, junto a su perra, a la espera de que su papá, un peluquero de 42, terminara de conversar con un amigo en el interior de la casa.
Según lo registrado por las cámaras, el asaltante se acercó por la puerta derecha del auto y atrapó al niño, quien llevaba en sus manos una escopeta de juguete.
Por la fuerza, el delincuente arrastró al chico hasta la puerta de la casa, pero éste oponía resistencia y finalmente logró zafarse y salir corriendo hacia una de las esquinas con su hermana.
Tras ello, el ladrón rompió la puerta a patadas e ingresó a la casa, donde para ese momento el propietario, un enfermero de 42 años, llamado Germán, había pulsado la alarma vecinal al ver por las cámaras lo que sucedía en la calle.
De acuerdo con el relato del dueño de casa, el ladrón “entró tirando” por lo que su amigo y padre de los niños repelió el ataque con una pistola calibre 635 que llevaba.
El ladrón herido escapó corriendo de la vivienda sin concretar el robo y abordó la moto de su cómplice que lo esperaba a unos metros.
Ambos emprendieron la fuga, pero a unas 10 cuadras del lugar el herido cayó sobre el asfalto y quedó muerto en el lugar, donde fue hallado por la policía.
El segundo de los asaltantes siguió su camino, pero se comunicó con los familiares del chico, que pronto llegaron al lugar.
El hallazgo del cuerpo motivó un fuerte despliegue policial, hasta que pudo constatarse lo que había sucedido.
En tanto, una fuente judicial confirmó a Télam que “mañana se le tomará declaración al imputado, para quien hasta el momento no hay pedida ninguna medida restrictiva de la libertad”.
En la mañana de este miércoles, en declaraciones a la prensa en la puerta de su casa, Germán conto que “el ladrón, apenas entró a la casa, disparó. Nos tiró a matar al sonar la alarma”.
“Fueron 12 segundos de terror”, añadió el enfermero, quien relató que todo comenzó cuando estaba en su casa con su amigo, mientas afuera en el auto habían quedado los dos niños con la perra, a quienes miraban por las cámaras de seguridad de su casa.
Según el dueño de la vivienda, al advertir que un ladrón se acercó a los chicos y tomó por la fuerza a uno de ellos, él accionó la alarma vecinal, lo que “enfureció” al asaltante, que entró a la casa tras abrir la puerta a patadas.
Germán contó que al ver al ladrón en el interior de la casa, se tiró al piso y quiso agarrar una tijera para defenderse: “Uno no sabe que hacer”, manifestó.
Sobre su amigo, contó que disparó luego de que el adolescente tirara primero.
“Fue legítima defensa y él esta libre. Marcelo tenía el arma y el ladrón le dispara y ahí le dispara él”, aseguró.
También se refirió a los dos hijos de su amigo: “Los nenes estaban llorando desconsolados, si ellos entraban podía haber pasado cualquier cosa”, dijo.
Tras el hecho, acudió al lugar del hallazgo del cuerpo el personal del Servicio de Atención Médica de Emergencias (SAME) que constató el fallecimiento del adolescente, mientras que la Policía Científica comenzó con las pericias correspondientes en la vivienda.
La causa está a cargo de la titular de la UFI 7 de La Plata, Virginia Bravo, quien caratuló el hecho como “homicidio y tentativa de robo”.
