Así lo resolvió el Directorio del Consorcio Portuario Regional Mar del Plata luego de que se declarara no conveniente la oferta de la única empresa que se presentó en la primera convocatoria, abierta a principios de este año.
El Directorio del Consorcio Portuario Regional Mar del Plata resolvió abrir un nuevo llamado a licitación para el dragado de mantenimiento de la terminal marítima local, obra que tiene por objetivo mejorar las condiciones de profundidad y ancho del canal de acceso principal y zonas de navegación y amarre del espejo de agua interior.
Es la segunda convocatoria luego de la habilitada a principios de enero que, según se confirmó en el acto de apertura de sobres realizado a mediados de este mes, tuvo una única oferta que por su monto fue declarada no conveniente.
El nuevo pliego de bases y condiciones mantendrá similares objetivos a los planteados en aquel llamado a licitación original, publicado el pasado 9 de enero: dragado del canal de acceso principal -tanto exterior como interior-, área de giro de la posta de inflamables y frentes de atraque correspondientes a las secciones 8va y 9na del Espigón 2.
De acuerdo a la batimetría realizada en diciembre último, la obra implicaría la remoción de unos 560000 metros cúbicos de sedimento marino, tareas que quien resulte ganador de la licitación deberá completar en un plazo de 150 días corridos.
La primera licitación tuvo diez empresas interesadas que adquirieron los pliegos para participar del proceso pero una única oferta formalizada, que correspondió a la firma Servimagnus S.A. Su propuesta económica fue considerada no conveniente, por lo que se insiste ahora con esta nueva apertura a interesados cuyas ofertas se conocerán el próximo 19 de abril.
Para la ejecución de estas obras el Consorcio Portuario Regional Mar del Plata firmó dos convenios marco con el Ministerio de Transportes de la Nación para asistencia y colaboración en la confección del pliego licitatorio y otro de asistencia financiera por un monto de 200 millones de pesos.
