Tal como lo adelantó en reiteradas oportunidades y en exclusiva mdphoy.com, el diputado bonaerense por el Frente para la Victoria, Rodolfo “Manino” Iriart, junto a Eduardo Aparicio, son los apuntados por la Justicia en el marco de la causa sobre supuesto lavado de dinero que impulsa la diputada Elisa Carrió contra la administración del ex gobernador Daniel Scioli.
Según el medio Clarín, la justicia sospecha de 8.550.000 pesos que la gestión Scioli entregó a través de dos decretos en 2009 y 2010 a diez cooperativas de la provincia que debían realizar trabajos de reparación y construcción en diferentes municipios.
El fiscal a cargo de la pesquisa, Álvaro Garganta, detectó todo tipo de irregularidades en la entrega de los subsidios y sobre todo en las compras que debían llevar adelante las cooperativas con los fondos que recibían del Estado bonaerense, en el marco de un programa llamado `Soluciones Ya´. Se presume que podría estar ante un plan que buscó crear “cooperativas truchas” con el único objetivo de “desviar los subsidios”.
Investigan por fraude a un hombre cercano a Manino Iriart
Uno de los investigados es el ex ministro de Desarrollo Social de la provincia, Eduardo Aparicio, quien en esa época era el responsable de la Unidad Ejecutora del programa `Soluciones Ya´. El otro es el actual diputado provincial por el Frente para la Victoria, Rodolfo “Manino” Iriart, quien en ese momento se desempeñaba como director de Subsidios y Subvenciones en la Jefatura de Gabinete: era el encargado de decidir a qué cooperativa se le entregaban los fondos.
Iriart es sin dudas, él hombre de Daniel Scioli en la ciudad. Amante de las fotos, salió en todas, hasta llegó a ser por cuestión de meses, Secretario de Seguridad de Mar del Plata, presentado con todos los honores por el ex intendente Gustavo Pulti.
“Manino”, como lo conocen sus íntimos, se caracterizó por ser el predilecto del dueño del Multimedios La Capital, Florencio Aldrey Iglesias. Realzándolo a más no poder en cuanta nota periodística publicaba dicho medio gráfico. Inclusive, mientras que era el encargado de llevar a cabo la seguridad en la ciudad, se lo mencionó como el “Mascherano de la política”, como si fuera ese jugador polifuncional en el cual Scioli descansaba tranquilo.
Apareció la viuda de Scioli: duelo corto
Referente de la nefasta “Ola Naranja” que endeudó a la provincia, y muy cómodo en su labor, se lo retrató asando vaquillonas con cuero junto a Karina Rabolini, manejando a la hinchada `Naranja´ en un partido de fútbol armado para la ocasión en la costa marplatense, y hasta con cientos de artistas que desfilaban en la feliz, verano tras verano, producto del despilfarro de divisas mientras que la provincia se inundó dos veces en ocho años de gestión.
La Justicia pone la lupa sobre el “nicho de corrupción” denunciado por Razona
Por su parte, el fiscal se apoyó en un informe del Tribunal de Cuentas de la provincia de 2010 que ya había detectado irregularidades. Allí se informaba que los montos que recibían las cooperativas -que iban de los 450.000 pesos a 1.410.000- debían ser destinados a la adquisición de materiales y herramientas para efectuar obras, pero se advertía que las compras eran “inconsistentes con el propio objeto del subsidio”. “Todas ellas fueron realizadas en su mayoría en los mismos proveedores de la ciudad de La Plata, con facturas correlativas, presupuestando los mismos materiales, constatándose incluso que (las cooperativas) fueron constituidas apenas unos meses antes del otorgamiento del subsidio y que en una en particular cuatro de sus miembros eran además empleados de la ex Jefatura de Gabinete, el organismo impulsor del otorgamiento del subsidio”, escribió el fiscal en un informe al que accedió Clarín.
Uno de los casos que les llamó la atención fue el de la cooperativa Obrera General Pinto radicada en la localidad de Lincoln. A pesar de estar a 320 kilómetros de La Plata, realizaba todas las compras de materiales en la ferretería Magaro SA ubicada en la capital de la provincia. Incluso adquiría bolsas de arena en ese lugar incrementando los gastos de traslado. La Justicia sospecha que esas compras nunca se habrían hecho y que la ferretería funcionaba como una pantalla para justificar los gastos.
Se fue el “San Martín” de la seguridad en Mar del Plata
Incluso los listados de elementos a comprar que presentaron ante el Estado eran idénticos a pesar de que las cooperativas se dedicaban a diferentes rubros. Adquirían la misma cantidad de tornillos, lijas y hasta grifería. “Eso era un indicio de que esos presupuestos no eran reales”, detalló un testigo que declaró en la causa.
¿Cuento de gallego o relato de una fábula? ¿Por qué no se sacó una foto?
Con todas estas pruebas, el fiscal le pidió a la jueza Marcela Garmendia, a cargo del Juzgado de Garantías 5 de La Plata, que le permitiera allanar las ferreterías Magaro -que concentraba el 90 % de las ventas- y RV en La Plata. También le pidió a la magistrada que le autorice un requerimiento de información en la Subsecretaría de Acción Cooperativa del Ministerio de Producción provincial en busca de expedientes.
En lo que concierne a Iriart, la Justicia sospecha que una de las cooperativas que recibió los fondos, de hecho, tendría algún vínculo con él. Se trata de la cooperativa de trabajo `Prosperidad Marplatense´ que cobró 1.410.000 pesos y que se creó cuatro meses antes de cobrar los fondos. Además, en `Prosperidad Marplatense´ había cuatro trabajadores que eran, a la vez, empleados de Jefatura de Gabinete. La ley 10.430 que dicta el régimen para el personal de la administración pública provincial prohíbe en su artículo 79 estar de los dos lados del mostrador.
“Manino” Iriart sin vaquillonas y sin nafta que le suba al tanque; de trenes y camisetas naranjas
Los allanamientos a las ferreterías y a la Subsecretaría de Acción Cooperativa pedidos por Garganta se hicieron el viernes 23 de septiembre pasado, y en Magaro SA se llevaron la mayor sorpresa. En una caja encontraron un expediente original del otorgamiento de subsidios a las cooperativas que había desaparecido del Ministerio de Producción. No pudieron explicar qué hacía ahí. Además, encontraron anotaciones con el e-mail personal de “Manino” Iriart. Ahora, la Justicia quiere hacer un entrecruzamiento de llamados entre el teléfono de Iriart y el de Magaro SA para determinar hasta qué punto estaban vinculados.

Si investigan encontraran otra matufiada de Scioli y Cia.. La comisarias ya estan echas pedazos y ni hablar de los UPA los equipos de rayos y otros son obsoletos o no funcionan mas.
