La comisión directiva de la Asociación Defensores del Patrimonio Arquitectónico y Urbano, informó este jueves con hondo pesar a través de la red social Facebook, el deceso de su presidente y fundador, el Arq. Cristian Andreoli. Quien había nacido el 25 de julio de 1972, en Ingeniero White y formado profesionalmente en nuestra ciudad. Fue un tenaz luchador por la preservación de los valores históricos e identitarios de los bienes patrimoniales.
“Despedimos hoy, no solo a quien impulsara la creación de esta Asociación y se pusiera al frente de la misma, sino también a un cálido, entrañable y querido compañero de lucha. Quien abrazó la causa patrimonial con total compromiso; entregando su tiempo, esfuerzo personal y enorme conocimiento profesional en la materia. Pero esto, y por sobre todo, exhibiendo siempre gran tenacidad, y una férrea voluntad y optimismo, condiciones tan necesarias en las causas que sabemos difíciles, pero también nobles y justas. Que en paz descanses querido Cristian. Y que brille para vos, la Luz que no tiene fin”, expresaron en un sentido comunicado sus compañeros de comisión directiva.
Asimismo, se informó que la facultad de arquitectura diseño y urbanismo local, declaró asueto para este jueves por la desaparición física de Andreoli.
Una pérdida terrible. Una persona increíble. Luchador incansable, serio, lleno de valores, ideas, sensato… trabajador incansable, no ya por el patrimonio de los marplatenses, al que veía destrozar a diario con la mirada indolente de los políticos locales, si no defensor de la IDENTIDAD, del ESPACIO PÚBLICO, de los DERECHOS de los marplatenses.
Su labor en la sistematización de la información patrimonial de la ciudad, es impresionante! La tenía él y el equipo de la asociación que con tanto esfuerzo pusieron en marcha. Pero la ofrecían generosamente a los técnicos y políticos que la precisaban.
Su trabajo contempló todos los ámbitos: negociación política, sensibilización sobre la importancia del patrimonio no sólo arquitectónico, si no paisajístico, ambiental…. trabajo técnico increíble con detalle sobre los bienes de la ciudad, social a través de las charlas abiertas que organizaban con las personas interesadas en el patrimonio de la ciudad y hasta lúdico, con los concursos para descubrir detalles arquitectónicos… Trabajó con visión integral, como si fuese un gran proyecto de envergadura, pero sin recursos. Muchos esfuerzos ofrecidos a los habitantes de la ciudad. Cuanto sufría cuando nos contaba las cosas que podían valorizarse con un poco de sentido común!
Una enorme pérdida. Ojalá que en su memoria, por fin, algún día deje de destrozarse el poco patrimonio que está quedando de la ciudad y que ya nunca volverá.

EL PATRIMONIO DE LUTO
Lamentamos comunicar a nuestros colegas y alumnos el fallecimiento en el día de ayer 16 de junio de 2016, del arquitecto Cristian Andreoli. Para quienes no lo conocían fue docente e investigador de la FAUD y presidente y fundador de la Asociación Defensores del Patrimonio Arquitectónico y Urbano, ONG que fue (y seguro seguirá siendo por sus continuadores) un icono en la lucha tenaz por el cuidado y preservación del patrimonio en nuestra región.
Cristian, además de todo, fue un buen tipo, que ya no es poca cosa en estos tiempos, un luchador inclaudicable en un medio y una época donde su gesta y las de sus compañeros no recibía resultados alentadores, una tras otras las batallas tenían más derrotas que logros, pero no se amedrentaba, seguía luchándola, con las autoridades, en los medios, en los foros, en las redes y en la acción directa.
Tuve la oportunidad de compartir trabajos con él y siempre demostró una sensibilidad, un cariño y una militancia donde dejaba todo, incluso su salud, y si lo tuviera que definir con una palabra, creo que sería esa, Cristian fue un militante del patrimonio y sé que a él le gustaría esa definición porque respetaba y acompañaba esta manera de hacer política tantas veces bastardeada por los poderosos.
Hoy Cristian nos deja un espacio vacío, metafóricamente podemos decir que nos deja un terreno baldío, como el que queda después de una de esas demoliciones que tanto le dolían y nos duelen, está en nosotros los que seguimos, no permitir que su trabajo fuera en vano.
Para los que nos ocupamos de la memoria de nuestras ciudades y territorios, nos deja un luchador que en las categorías de Bertold Brecht es la más importante: “Pero los hay que luchan toda la vida: esos son los imprescindibles.”
