“El intendente nunca va ser portador de malas noticias” y “Lo del concejal Lauría (Nicolás) son operaciones políticas” el vocero político excluyente del intendente Guillermo Montenegro, dejó esas definiciones que ya se transformaron en inconsistentes, y a esta altura no se pueden mantener.

María Eugenia Vidal fue quien selló el acuerdo debido a una virulenta interna que no podía cerrar en San Vicente (si, en San Vicente) y pagó políticamente con la llegada de Lauría, lo que en la práctica es la subintendencia de General Pueyrredon. Una desmesura fruto del uso discrecional de la dedocracia, a la que era tan afecta la ex gobernadora como patrona del PRO bonaerense.
Nicolás Lauría fue la gran sorpresa en la lista de JxC de 2019, es el sucesor en línea directa del intendente Guillermo Montenegro, llamando la atención que un sector secundario de la coalición, accediera a un cargo de semejante importancia institucional y así se lo incluyera defraudando a los ciudadanos que acompañaron con su voto.
Lejos de aplacarse con el correr de la gestión, las diferencias se van multiplicando ya que el Franco Luna es el director de Asuntos de la Comunidad y Carlos Luna el presidente del Partido Fe en Mar del Plata. Los Luna, padre e hijo, son yerno y cuñado respectivamente de Nicolás Lauría, con lo cual están abiertos los frentes tanto en el HCD como en el Departamento Ejecutivo.
Como si ya los problemas no resultaran suficientes, la Delegación Municipal Puerto está a cargo de Luis Ignoto, un compañero de ruta del extinto Momo Villegas quien fue integrante de Cambiemos en su constitución por el acompañamiento al ingeniero Mauricio Macri. No es tan ignoto en los arreglos con los sponsors, que celebró durante una década en la organización de la tradicional Fiesta de los Pescadores, hoy suspendida por la pandemia del corona virus, son vox populi por otra parte en la banquina de los pescadores.
Hoy los conflictos en el Sur de la Ciudad y en los barrios de Puerto, consumen gran parte de los recursos humanos, económicos, técnico y políticos del Departamento Ejecutivo. Santiago Bonifatti es quien tiene competencia y jurisdicción en el organigrama desde la secretaria de Gobierno, Bonifatti es precisamente otra de las sorpresas en el gabinete de Montenegro.
Pero quienes siguen de cerca el día a día de la gestión, observan con mayor preocupación cómo se ha escapado la gobernabilidad en ese vasto sector de la ciudad, que abiertamente se suma al Frente de Todos y a sus referentes, que militan a través de sus organizaciones en la posible candidatura de Fernanda Raverta con miras al 2023.
Como se recordará hasta 2019, Stella Marinier había logrado durante el gobierno anterior algunos éxitos que permitieron recuperar y mantener el control sobre esas zonas, que venían de manejarse durante 8 años (2007-2015) bajo el gobierno de Acción Marplatense, con Ariel Ciano como secretario de Gobierno, hoy un aliado más del kirchnerismo.
Las actuaciones indican las dificultades que existían en las rendiciones de cuentas y la morosidad de las mismas, las cuales no permitían el acceso a nuevas partidas de fondos municipales. Hoy el desmanejo lo sufren los vecinos de populosas barriadas que quedan sin servicios.
Para quienes observan la evolución de los hechos, consideran poco menos que irrecuperable el sector del sur del partido de General Pueyrredon en el deslinde con General Alvarado. Casi hasta con resignación, observan la pérdida de la territorialidad del gobierno de Montenegro, y preocupa que el mismo efecto ocurra en otros sectores ubicados al Oeste de la Avenida Champagnat y el eje de la Ruta 88.
El cargo se le imputa directa y políticamente al gobierno municipal.
