R.N.E: 01001915, R.N.P.A: 01047734, FECHA DE VENCIMIENTO 09/ 01/ 22 – L99” por contener mayor cantidad de gluten que el permitido por el CAA para Alimentos Libres de Gluten, suponiendo un riesgo para la población general y más aún para la población celíaca.
Dicho resultado fue obtenido en el Laboratorio de Alimentos Libres de Gluten del Departamento de Bromatología, dependiente de la Secretaría de Salud, en el marco de los muestreos de rutina que realiza sobre estos productos.
Se solicita a la población que, de encontrar este producto en el mercado, se comuniquen vía mail bromatologia@mardelplata.gov.ar , a fin de actuar en consecuencia.
