La Dirección Municipal de Discapacidad informó que a través de la digitalización logró agilizar los tiempos de todos los trámites de esa dependencia, y de esta manera no solo se evitó que muchas personas con discapacidad hayan tenido que movilizarse hasta la sede de Pescadores 456 en plena pandemia, sino que también aumentó la cantidad y calidad de los servicios que brinda la dependencia.
En virtud de este avance, desde la Dirección se confirmó que nunca se dejó de atender al público desde que comenzó la pandemia.
Al respecto, el Director de Discapacidad del municipio, Marcos Folgar, señaló: “Estamos muy satisfechos con lo realizado en estos 15 meses, pudiendo digitalizar prácticamente todos los trámites del área y evitando que los interesados tengan que ir a la calle Pescadores no menos de 5 ó 6 veces, como históricamente siempre tuvieron que ir”, agregó.
En ese sentido, el funcionario remarcó que “actualmente, el trámite para la obtención del Certificado Único de Discapacidad tarda aproximadamente un mes, desde que comienza hasta que se entrega. Estamos bajando notoriamente la demora en su realización, ya que antes tenía una tardanza de 8 meses, aproximadamente”, aseguró.
Se recuerda que, según Resolución 1116/2020 de la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad, se dispuso la prórroga por un año de los CUD que vencen en 2021, así como la extensión de la prórroga hasta 2022 de los vencidos en 2020.
Vale decir que tanto los certificados vencidos en 2020 como en 2021 vencerán en el año 2022.
Las líneas de comunicación de esta dependencia son el 480 0379 ó 480 6657 (de lunes a viernes de 8 a 14) y también cuenta con una línea de whatsapp: 2235 425 908 (de lunes a viernes de 8 a 15).
Además, todas las cuestiones vinculadas al área, se pueden resolver en la web: www.mardelplata.gov.ar/discapacidad
En relación al Certificado Único de Discapacidad (CUD), desde el inicio del año pasado hasta la actualidad, se han realizado más de 2700 trámites, entre gestiones primerizas y renovaciones.
Desde la digitalización del área, dicho trámite no demora más de un mes.
Ampliar la descentralización, el próximo objetivo
Por último, el titular de Discapacidad adelantó cuál será uno de los próximos objetivos a cumplir. “La idea es conseguir una descentralización más grande, para ir a buscar a nuestros vecinos con las necesidades que tengan, en cuanto a los trámites que realizamos en nuestra Dirección. En breve estaremos atendiendo en sedes de los Distritos Descentralizados de Sierra de los Padres, Chapadmalal y delegación Norte, como ya lo venimos haciendo en la Delegación de Batán, los lunes, miércoles y viernes de 9 a 13”, declaró Folgar.
Se cuadruplicó la entrega de tarjetas SUBE
En cuanto a las tarjetas SUBE para personas con discapacidad, la Dirección ha cuadruplicado su entrega mensual. Antes se tramitaban entre 15 y 20 tarjetas semanales y en la actualidad se están entregando alrededor de 70.
Dichas tarjetas ya se pueden validar. Bastará con colocarla en los más de 40 tótems (pantallas de consulta) dispuestos en diferentes puntos de la ciudad, en un trámite que no lleva más de 30 segundos.
Cabe destacar que debido a las medidas de aislamiento y distanciamiento social, las tarjetas SUBE para personas con discapacidad con vencimiento durante 2020 fueron prorrogadas por un año, al igual que los Certificados Únicos de Discapacidad.
