La Delegación Primera del Registro Provincial de las Personas, de Av.Independencia Nº 2846, se encuentra ante una situación de falta de operatividad que afecta las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores registrales y a la comunidad toda.
Desde hace un mes aproximadamente se encuentran sin funcionar las fotocopiadoras por lo que se encuentra paralizada la expedición de partidas de nacimientos, matrimonios y defunciones. Los ciudadanos que requieren la certificación de estos actos vitales se les está otorgando turnos para los primeros días de abril, lo cual genera malestar y se somete a las trabajadoras de la Mesa de Entradas a una fortísima carga psíquica y conductas estresantes. En esta época del año, las expediciones de actas nacimientos, fundamentalmente, se incrementan por el ingreso escolar y la asignación por hijo.
Por otra parte, los trabajadores han denunciado a través de la representación gremial la falta de insumos básicos como son los de librería (hojas, lapiceras,ganchos, etc.), no cuentan con conexión a Internet a efectos de consultar el estado de los trámites (como por ejemplo los expedientes iniciados por rectificación de actas), la presencia de ratas y la falta de vigilancia que contenga hechos de violencia hacia los trabajadores.
Desde el Consejo Directivo Provincial de ATE se dirigió sendas notas alertando sobre la cuestión a la Dirección Provincial y a la Dirección de Delegaciones del Registro Provincial de las Personas, sin obtener respuestas al momento. Y en este sentido, la Seccional Mar del Plata de la Asociación Trabajadores del Estado (ATE) convocó para este viernes 21 a una asamblea para decidir sobre las acciones gremiales a tomar si no media solución, además del conflicto provincial por el que ATE y la CTA han convocado a un paro el próximo 26 de febrero en demanda de recomposición salarial y mejores condiciones de trabajo.
